Cold Outreach Sales Specialist - AI Automation Services

We're hiring a results-driven sales professional to generate qualified leads for our AI automation services that help local businesses convert Instagram comments into paying customers.

What You'll Do:
- Research 50+ local businesses daily (restaurants, HVAC, plumbing, real estate) with strong Instagram presence
- Execute proven cold email campaigns using our tested templates and scripts
- Follow up with prospects via LinkedIn and email sequences
- Book discovery calls with business owners making $20K+ monthly revenue
- Track all activities in CRM and provide daily metrics reports
- Qualify leads before booking to ensure high conversion rates

Requirements:

- Available during US business hours (EST/PST overlap preferred)

Success Metrics:
- 250+ outreach messages per week
- 15+ discovery calls booked monthly
- 5+ new clients closed monthly (with our help on calls)
