Virtual Assistant for Creative Brand (Admin, Social Media, Lead Gen)

I’m looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me grow my creative brand Sonesta Wilde Studios.

This is an author and poet led brand passionate about making the world a better place and normalizing conversations around mental health.

We create apparel, stationery, and keepsakes rooted in mental health, healing, and connection. This role is for someone who is a go-getter, communicates clearly, and can balance admin, social media, and outreach with consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Admin Support:

Organizing documents, creating and maintaining spreadsheets/docs

Research tasks (ambassadors, wholesale leads, collaborations, vendors, inspiration)

Sending reminders & helping keep tasks/projects on track in Asana


Social Media Support:

Engagement on TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook (likes, comments, DMs, community building)

Drafting and scheduling posts (captions, hashtags, repurposing content)

Light video editing for TikTok/IG Reels


Lead Generation & Outreach:

Finding ambassadors and influencers on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook

Assisting with ambassador outreach emails/messages

Supporting wholesale/influencer lead lists


Pinterest Management (big plus!):

Creating pins, optimizing titles/descriptions, managing boards



Email Support:

Drafting newsletters, outreach emails, and follow-ups



Requirements:

Excellent written English & communication skills

Organized and detail-oriented; follows through on deadlines

Tech-savvy: experience with Shopify, Etsy, Canva, Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram

Comfortable with admin tasks (docs, spreadsheets, reminders, research)

Some experience with video editing (CapCut, Canva, etc.) preferred

Willingness to learn and problem-solve (not starting from scratch, but open-minded and adaptable)
