Full Time VA - Quality Assurance Manager:

We are an American based social media marketing company, and our primary service is building custom self branded wordpress blogs for our clients.

We have developed a software that has automated the blog installation process and can produce up to 1,000 new blogs for clients each day. However, due to the recent growth of our business and demand for our services we are looking to hire a “Quality Assurance Manager” to ensure that the blogs our automatic builder creates can be delivered to our clients as a finished product in working condition.

Your main responsibility will be to manually check each wordpress blog that is created to ensure that we are delivering a quality finished product to our clients. When you identify faulty blogs you will simply have to submit a ticket to our wordpress support staff and communicate with them via email to resolve the problematic blog.

Daily Responsibilities:
1. Manually check each blog that is created to ensure that it’s up to our standards before it’s delivered to the client
2. Follow a simple checklist that we will provide to ensure quality blog creation
3. Communicate with our blog customizers to create custom blogs for clients as requested that our automatic blog installer in unable to create
Communicate with our blog customizers via support ticketing system when a blog is faulty and needs additional support
5. Must send an email at the end of each day to our manager describing an overview of your workday to check in and ask any questions you may have

Must have qualities in order to qualify for this job:
Write english fluently (for email), speak English well (To talk with other team members)
Good working knowledge of wordpress
Have a passion for details, and a heart for customer service

This is a full time position and the starting Salary will begin at $250 / mo. You will receive quarterly reviews and will qualify for a raise in pay after 90 days if you have met our standard of work. We believe in paying our employees well to reward you for a job well done!
