Become the President's Strategic Partner

Tynebridge Digital Partners is seeking a highly experienced and intuitive Executive Business Partner to serve as the "right-hand" to our President. Your primary mission will be to free up his time and mental space, allowing him to focus on high-level strategy and corporate growth. You will be the steady presence behind the scenes, the gatekeeper of his time, and the operational hub that connects vision to execution.
This is a demanding, high-energy role for a seasoned professional who operates with speed, precision, and wisdom gained from years of life and business experience. You will be a foundational part of our leadership's success.
What You'll Drive (Key Responsibilities):

+ Strategic Gatekeeping: Masterfully manage the President’s complex calendar, prioritizing appointments and safeguarding his time to ensure focus on top-level initiatives.
+ Executive Operations: Act as a "mini-Director," handling essential details, tracking commitments, and ensuring follow-through on action items fro
+ Communications Hub: Professionally manage communications, serving as a diplomatic and confident point of contact for clients, vendors, partners, and our internal team.
+ Meeting & Project Facilitation: Prepare briefings for meetings, take insightful notes, summarize key discussions, and help translate creative ideas into actionable plans.
+ Proactive Support: Anticipate the needs of the President, proactively solving problems and taking ownership of administrative and organizational responsibilities to reduce his workload.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications & Character):

----- Foundational Experience:
+ A minimum of 10 years of experience in high-level executive support, corporate administration, or a similar leadership role.
+ Exceptional proficiency in North American English (both written and spoken) and fluency in the language of business.
+ Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and CRM systems.
