Job Description – AI Marketing Assistant (GreenLink)

Role: AI Marketing Assistant (Offshore, Full-Time or Part-Time)
Reports to: Dyn (Dev) & Dugald (Strategy) – with direction from CEO
Location: Remote (Philippines / Eastern Europe preferred)

Green Homes is a global leader in energy-efficient housing, now building GreenLink – a digital ecosystem that connects builders, suppliers, and consumers. We are seeking an AI-driven Marketing Assistant to help us scale membership, manage automations, and execute campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Automation:

Set up and manage AI-driven campaigns using tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier/Make, and ChatGPT.

Automate lead capture, email sequences, and customer nurturing funnels.

Content Repurposing:

Turn e-Guides, blogs, and reports into social posts, ad copy, and email campaigns.

Assist with AI tools for image generation and video snippets.

Data & Reporting:

Maintain dashboards (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Shopify).

Provide weekly performance updates (traffic, signups, conversions).

Digital Ads & SEO:

Support creation of Google Ads, Meta campaigns, and LinkedIn automation.

Execute SEO tasks (on-page optimisation, keyword tracking, backlinks).

Collaboration:

Work directly with Dyn (developer) and Dugald (strategy) to execute campaigns.

Manage tasks across Trello/Asana or similar project management tools.

Key Skills

Experience with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, MidJourney, Canva AI, etc.).

Strong knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make, HubSpot workflows).

Competent in SEO, paid ads, email funnels, social media scheduling.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and optimise campaigns.

Excellent written English and communication skills.

KPIs / Success Measures

Growth in GreenLink signups and consumer funnel conversions.

Website traffic goal: 100,000+ monthly visitors within 12 months.

Consistent weekly reporting of marketing performance.

Smooth execution of campaigns with minimal founder input.

Offshore full-time

Part-time or project basis also possible depending on skill level.
