Customer Service Representative - Inbound Phone Sales

Smart Scoops Pet Waste Removal is a U.S.-based home service company. We’re looking for someone who can respond quickly to new leads when they come in. This is not cold calling — all leads are people who have already shown interest in our services.

You don’t have to sit at a desk full-time. We just need you to be responsive and available (weekdays and weekends) to lock in new customers when inquiries arrive. With a guaranteed weekly base and uncapped commissions, there’s strong earning potential for motivated reps.

Responsibilities

Call and text new leads immediately as they come in.

Answer questions, set appointments, and close new customers.

Communicate through GoHighLevel and OpenPhone.

Record notes and updates in our CRM.

Requirements

Perfect English (spoken and written).

Strong phone presence and clear communication skills.

Must be responsive, including on weekends.

Tech-savvy (comfortable with CRMs, texting platforms, GoHighLevel, OpenPhone).

Nice to Have

Experience with home service businesses (lawn care, cleaning, pest control, etc.).

Familiarity with Jobber and ChatGPT.
