Let’s Go Design Co. is a creative interior design studio specializing in high-impact design for short-term rentals and real estate projects. We’re a fast-growing, dynamic company looking for a highly motivated and skilled "Inbound Sales Representative" to join our team.

?About the Role
This is a results-driven sales role focused on converting inbound leads into paying clients through clear communication, effective follow-up, and a deep understanding of our services. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients , building trust, uncovering their needs, and guiding them through our sales process.

?What We’re Looking For?

?Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads via Phone calls, emails, SMS, and messaging platforms (Meta Ads, etc.)
- Schedule discovery calls, send follow-ups, and coordinate across time zones
- Manage and update CRM and Notion databases
- Send proposals and onboarding documents
- Track all leads and hand off to project team post-close

?We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in inbound or inside sales
- Strong written and spoken "English communication skills"
- Experience with "GoHighLevel (GHL)" and "Notion" is required
- Must be available for part-time, on-call work and able to respond quickly to inbound leads during U.S. da ---------- hours.
- Reliable internet, webcam, and noise-canceling headset
- Comfortable on video calls, handling client objections, and communicating clearly

????Compensation & Incentives:
    •    Base Pay: $100 USD per week retainer (covers -20 hours/week).
Performance Bonuses:
    •    $5 USD for every qualified appointment you book.
    •    $25 USD for every lead that converts into a paying client.

????Hours & Availability:
    •    On-Call Responsiveness: Must be available to contact new inbound leads within 5 minutes during US business hours (9am–5pm MST).
    •    Daily Pipeline Management: 1–2 hours each day dedicated to:
    •    Updating CRM and tracking leads.
    •    Drafting and sending proposals with information gathered on calls.
    •    Following up with older leads to re-engage.
    •    Total Weekly Commitment: Approximately 20 hours per week, with potential to expand as lead flow increases.
