Local Business Lead Scraper

I am looking for someone to find contact details of local business owners via google for my company. My company does website creation, SEO, content writing, and everything needed for local businesses to rank well. I have a number of markets to find potential clients and I am looking for the right person to join my team, on a part time basis time.

I am looking for someone who is aware of SEO tactics with finding local contractors on google and potentially other avenues for this to work, based on the criteria I will lay out. This role is a gig role, with potential for a more permanent role as I grow.
