Channel Manager Youtube

I’m looking for a Channel Manager to help oversee the content pipeline for multiple YouTube channels. The role is focused on keeping projects organized, coordinating freelancers, and making sure deadlines are consistently met. You’ll be working with Trello, ---------- , and Google Drive to keep everything on track.

What I’m Looking For:
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience managing projects, freelancers, or digital content.
• Comfortable using Trello, ---------- , and Google Drive (or similar tools).
• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage tight deadlines.

Project Scope:
• Managing the full YouTube content pipeline (scripts, editing, thumbnails, uploads).
• Performing QC on scripts, edits, and thumbnails before final approval.
• Communicating with freelancers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Organizing and tracking files across Trello and ---------- .
• Providing daily updates and a weekly performance report.

Payment & Growth:
• Base Payment: $100–$300 per month (fixed rate).
• Performance-based bonuses for meeting growth and efficiency milestones (e.g. consistent on-time uploads, channel performance improvements).
• Long-term collaboration with the opportunity to grow into a senior operations role as the channels scale.
