Japanese fluent speaker for Appointment Setting and Customer Service

I'm looking for a fully fluent Japanese speaker to help us with our expansion in Japan focusing on translation and some inbound sales. We are also outreaching to dog clubs but there is no heavy selling inbound or outbound.
