Real Estate Marketing VA (Lead Gen, CRM, Ads Support)

We are a fast-growing real estate investment company based in Texas, USA, looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant to support our lead generation and marketing operations.

You’ll work closely with our founder and sales team to help run marketing campaigns, manage CRM workflows, and ensure no leads fall through the cracks. This is a long-term role with growth potential, bonuses, and training provided.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in launching and monitoring Facebook ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager)
• Connect and test lead forms, automations, and follow-ups in GoHighLevel CRM
• Tag, organize, and update contacts based on campaign results
• Manage appointment calendar and follow-up pipeline
• Scrub leads and skip trace owner information when needed
• Prepare weekly reports on ad performance and lead flow
• Support email, SMS, and WhatsApp outreach campaigns
• Coordinate with setters, closers, and external partners
• Help with basic graphic or video editing (using Canva or CapCut)
• Troubleshoot marketing tech and automations
