Zoho One Implementation Specialist

About the Role
We’re looking for a Zoho One specialist who can design, implement, and customize systems across the entire Zoho suite. This role goes beyond basic CRM setup — we need someone who knows Creator and Deluge inside and out, so you can build advanced automations, custom apps, and integrations tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities

Implement and configure Zoho One applications including CRM, Campaigns, Flow, Books, Projects, Analytics, and more.

Build custom apps and modules using Zoho Creator.

Write and manage Deluge scripts for advanced automation and functionality.

Connect Zoho with third-party systems (via APIs or Flow).

Troubleshoot, QA, and optimize workflows for performance and reliability.

Document setups, workflows, and custom code for ongoing maintenance.

Requirements

Proven experience with Zoho One (full suite, not just CRM).

Advanced knowledge of Zoho Creator (custom apps, forms, reports).

Strong Deluge scripting ability (functions, workflows, automation).

Familiarity with APIs and external system integrations.

Problem-solving mindset — able to translate business needs into technical builds.

Clear English communication for collaboration and documentation.

Compensation

$100/week base for ~15 hrs/week.

15% commission on client projects where Zoho implementation/customization is a core deliverable.
