We are seeking an experienced HR/Operations Manager to lead the launch of our premium cosplay cleaning service business. This is a partnership opportunity with significant earning potential for the right professional.
Your Mission:
Lead the complete hiring and launch process for our premium cosplay cleaning service expansion. You will identify, interview, and select territory managers who will build recurring revenue businesses. Your success directly determines our success, making this a true partnership.
What You Will Do:
Manage complete hiring process for territory manager positions. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify entrepreneurs who can execute our proven business model. Oversee challenge periods where candidates prove their ability to generate leads and subscriptions. Support new territory managers through their first 90 days to ensure profitability. Coordinate LLC formation and business setup for successful territories using initial subscription revenue. Manage insurance procurement and legal compliance establishment before service delivery begins. Monitor performance metrics and provide ongoing guidance for territory growth. Once territories have established founding subscriptions and generated sufficient profit, assist with recruiting professional cleaning teams and qualified security personnel. Ensure all bodyguards hired have professional protection backgrounds, self-defense training, and ability to enforce client boundaries to protect female staff members in cosplay uniforms. Establish security protocols for situations where clients may outnumber security personnel. Services will only begin after appropriate qualified security staff are hired and trained and all legal protections are in place.
Compensation Structure:
2% of ALL successful territories monthly recurring revenue forever. 10% of each territory's first 2 recurring subscribers plus $100 cash bonus per subscriber. Example earning potential includes multiple successful territories generating substantial monthly recurring revenue. Launch bonuses can add $2,000-5,000 in first 90 days per territory. Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in executive recruiting or high-level hiring processes. Understanding of performance-based business models and entrepreneurial mindset assessment. Excellent interview skills and ability to identify high-potential candidates. Experience managing remote teams and multi-location operations. Strong communication skills for coordinating across multiple time zones. Business development background with understanding of subscription revenue models. Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to new territory managers.
