Health/Medical Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Health/Medical Virtual Assistant to join our psychiatric-mental health practice based in New York. The ideal candidate has prior experience as a health or medical VA, scribing experience, and is available for at least 15 hours per week. HIPAA certification is preferred, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a health/medical virtual assistant
- Experience with medical scribing and clinical documentation
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with EHR systems (please specify which systems you have used)
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
- Availability for at least 15 hours per week (with potential for more hours)

Preferred Qualifications:
- HIPAA certification (preferred; willing to train the right candidate)
- Experience working with psychiatric or mental health practices
- Knowledge of US healthcare systems and insurance processes
