Business Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. This is a remote part-time position (5 hours per day) that can be a full-time position for the right candidate. The primary responsibility is to cold call businesses, identify and gather the names of decision makers, and follow up with an email introduction.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to businesses on a provided list.
- Identify decision makers and collect accurate contact information.
- Send follow-up emails to introduce our products/services.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of calls and contacts.
- Meet daily/weekly activity goals.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable and confident speaking with businesses over the phone.
- Organized, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Previous cold calling, telemarketing, or sales experience is a strong asset.
- A quiet workspace, personal computer, high-speed internet, and a headset.

Work Schedule

Hours of operation for the business is Monday through Friday from 9 AM until 5 PM EST. The candidate will be expected to work between these hours. Candidate is expected to work 5 hours per day.

Compensation

20,000 PHP / month, plus performance bonuses
