I’m looking to bring on a Marketing & Copywriting Strategist Assistant to help amplify my coaching business across social media and email. If you’re a certified copywriter who loves personal development, spirituality, and business coaching, this could be a perfect fit.

???? Role Overview
• Rate: $10/hour
• Hours: ~40 hours/month (10 hours/week)
• Type: Remote / Contract

You’ll be responsible for creating magnetic, conversion-focused copy that speaks to women building their dream businesses and lives. This role is perfect for someone who not only writes well but understands buyer psychology and knows how to move an audience from inspiration to action.

? Responsibilities
• Write weekly sales copy for personal development and business coaching offers to share on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Manage email marketing: write and schedule emails for launches, weekly newsletters, and nurture sequences.
• Align copy with brand voice (luxury, spiritual, empowering, wealth energetics).
• Collaborate on content ideas for launches and ongoing offers.
• Stay on top of personal development/spirituality trends to bring fresh energy into campaigns.

???? Requirements
• Copywriting certification (please share details).
• Proven experience writing for coaches, personal development, or spirituality brands.
• Understanding of buyer psychology and sales psychology.
• Portfolio or samples of sales copy (social + email).
• Clear, proactive communicator who can adapt to brand voice.

• Experience writing Instagram story/caption copy that converts.
• Familiarity with email platforms (ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, Hey Clients IO, FG Funnels or similar).
• A passion for manifestation, business coaching, and wealth energetics.
