Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Social Media, Content & Video Editing Support for DJ Brand

About the Role:
I’m looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow my DJ brand, Vic Soultript. The focus is on content support — organizing, posting, and keeping things consistent across platforms — with video editing and occasional flyer/promo design. I don’t need perfection, I need someone steady, dependable, and on top of things.

Responsibilities:

Organize and prep content (videos, clips, captions, overlays).

Video editing for short-form content (reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

Upload and schedule posts on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

Help with basic research (music trends, hashtags, best posting times).

Assist with flyers and promo graphics for events.

Keep a weekly task list and stay on schedule without needing to be chased.

Give clear, simple updates on progress.

Requirements:

Prior VA or social media support experience preferred.

Video editing skills required (bonus if familiar with Final Cut Pro X or other pro editors).

Basic design skills (Canva, Pixelmator Pro, Affinity, or Photoshop).

Familiarity with Mac is a plus.

Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

Can work independently and take initiative.

Reliable internet and computer setup.

Comfortable with music and entertainment content (house/tech house DJ culture).

What I’m Looking For:

Someone proactive — if you finish one thing, you move on to the next without waiting.

Consistency over perfection — I’d rather see posts go up on time than delayed for tiny fixes.

Strong communicator who checks in without me having to ask.

Hours & Pay:

Schedule will be a split schedule (Central Time):
Monday–Thursday 1st Shift 8:30 am – 12:00 pm (4 hours)
Monday–Thursday 2nd Shift 8:00 pm – 12:00 am (4 hours)
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (4 hours)

Total: 36 hours per week.

Pay: $450/month base, with potential for growth.
