Virtual Assistant (Specializing in GHL & Business Systems Support)

Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team at SJM Digital and help streamline day-to-day operations across our AI automation and digital growth systems.

This role requires someone who can take instructions and run with them—turning ideas into finished assets that keep projects moving fast. You’ll work directly with the founder to support client delivery, systems setup, and creative execution.

Key responsibilities include:

Building and editing GoHighLevel (GHL) assets: landing pages, funnels, forms, calendar integrations.

Creating professional documents & presentations using Gamma.

Mapping out workflows and systems in L ---------- .

Recording, editing, and managing demo content using Loom (voice/chat agent walkthroughs, screen-share tutorials).

Light video editing (platforms provided).

General project support to keep operations moving smoothly.

(Bonus) Support with Meta Ads creatives and campaign setup.
