Position Overview: As a Customer Service Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding support to our valued clients. Your work will help ensure that every interaction embodies the quality, professionalism, and excellence our brand is known for.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Customer Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and live chat. Addressing their questions, concerns, and requests for information.
2) Product Knowledge: Build a comprehensive understanding of our catalog and remain up to date with the latest luxury trends, ensuring customers receive accurate, insightful, and tailored information.
3) Order Processing: Manage the order fulfillment process by sending orders to distributors, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that arise during fulfillment.
4) Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, issues, or disputes
effectively and in a manner that reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction.
5) Warranty & Claims Management: Monitor incoming emails for warranty requests and reports of damaged items. Ensure each claim is reviewed promptly, documented accurately, and routed to the appropriate team for resolution. Follow up as needed to provide timely updates to customers and maintain smooth communication throughout the process.
6) Feedback Management: Gather feedback from customers and share valuable insights with the team to improve our products and services continually.
7) Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, including recording customer preferences and feedback for future reference.

Qualifications:
1) Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury or high-end retail environment.
2) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3) Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.
4) Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
5) Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
6) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and empathy.
7) A passion for luxury products and a desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
8) Excellent Team work skills and the ability to accept and apply constructive feedback

Preferred, but not required:
1) Experience with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
2)Knowledge of SEO and Google search trends.
3) Multilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base.
