Virtual Assistant – Cold SMS Outreach / Customer Success Manager (Part-Time ? Full-Time)

Position: Virtual Assistant (VA)
Hours: 6 hours per day to start (with potential to grow into a full-time role within 2 months)

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage cold SMS outreach on our behalf. You will be responsible for sending bulk SMS messages through GoHighLevel (GHL) using pre-set campaigns and bulk actions. This role is crucial to our lead generation process, and we are looking for someone who can follow systems closely while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

This position starts as part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) and will expand into a full-time role (40+ hours per week) within the next two months.

Responsibilities

-Send cold SMS messages daily through GHL bulk actions.
-Monitor SMS replies and categorize responses (interested, not interested, lead, etc.).
-Update and maintain lead records in GHL.
-Follow communication templates and scripts provided by the company.
-Collaborate with the team to continuously improve outreach processes.

Requirements

-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
-Must be available in USA Time Zones
-Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM is strongly preferred.
-Fluent in English
-Reliable internet connection
-Availability to commit 5 hours per day (with flexibility to increase to full-time).
-PREFERENCE FOR THOSE WHO CAN WORK WEEKENDS
-Comfortable using CRMs, automation tools, and spreadsheets.
