Our innovative business is looking for a full time virtual assistant to help with the day to day operations of the business.
We are looking for someone who possesses the following skills:
• Excellent in verbal and written English communication (you will be required to speak with Australian clients)
• Web support (Background in web development is an advantage but not essential)
• Proficiency in various computer applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PDF, etc and knowledge in basic editing of graphics, video, audio is a plus)
• Ability to multitask
• Customer Service skills (chat and email support for customer concerns/inquiries, Billing
• Be able to write articles or content
• Social Media setup and support
• Display a sound understanding of e-commerce concepts
• Email management
• Social media management (knowledge of Facebook and advantage)
• Research
• Transcription
Your daily tasks will include the following:
• Training our new licensees on how to use the website we provide them.
• Testing newly built websites for glitches
• Offer back up and support to our licensees questions.
• Liaising with web developers.
• Responsible for the content and creation of our monthly newsletters (partly provided by head office)
• Managing the content uploads of new product into the Madam Glamour website.
• Working with the Directors to analyze various market trends
• Writing content for new concepts
• Developing social media and viral marketing campaigns
• Basic office administration
To be a successful candidate, you must also have the following qualities:
• Reliable, organized and time-conscious
• Trustworthy, honest, loyal and dedicated to the job
• Good interpersonal skills and have the confidence to speak to our licensees
• Must be self-motivated and a team player
• Down-to-earth, friendly and show a strong sense of self awareness
• Willing to learn new concepts and embark on challenges
• Able to work full time 8 hours a day and must not be committed to any other jobs (we will know)
• Must have labour tracking software installed to ensure you are working when you say you are.
For your work environment, we require you to have a:
• Very fast internet connection (at a min 1mgb per sec)
• Separate home office to work, free of noise and conducive for skype conferences with our clients.
Your Work Schedule will be:
• from 9am EST - 5pm EST (that is 7 AM – 3 AM Philippine time) with half an hour lunch break
• Mondays through Fridays
Salary will be commensurate to the skills and experience you have. Payments are done through Paypal.
