Customer Service Junior – Remote

We're looking for a full-time Customer Service Junior to join our remote team. You’ll be handling email, chat, and phone inquiries, following up on orders and deliveries, and assisting our clients with their print projects. No graphic design experience required.

WORKING HOURS
8:00 PM - 1:00 AM / 2:00 AM - 6:00 AM Philippine time (night shift)
Equivalent to 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (Toronto time)
Monday to Friday

SALARY:
37,000 PHP/month
Payment: PHP 18,500 on the 15th and PHP 18,500 on the last day of each month.
(Paid via Wise or Remitly, always on time)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Respond to customer emails and chat support tickets
*Track and follow up on order statuses and shipping updates
*Communicate clearly with production team and escalate issues
*Organize and verify artwork files (no editing or design required)
*Maintain accurate records of client communications and orders

REQUIREMENTS:

*Excellent written and spoken English skills (must be fluent)
*At least 1 year of experience in customer support or virtual assistance
*Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
*Highly organized and detail-oriented
*Willingness to work night shift
