Sales & Marketing Associate (Part-Time ? Full-Time)

Schedule: 4 hours/day, Monday–Saturday (Eastern Time)
Location: Remote
Compensation: $5/hour Part-Time and increase to $6.50/hour Full-Time (After 30 days of proven record)
Path: Starts Part-Time with planned transition to Full-Time

About Us

We’re a Washington, DC–based Human Performance Optimization company that partners with C-suite executives and high-performing professionals. We are expanding our Sales & Marketing team and seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate who can drive digital campaigns, manage lead generation funnels, and create compelling content that converts.

This role requires a sales-minded professional who understands how to move prospects from awareness to action. Graphic design and social media management will be critical skills you use—not your whole job.

Role Overview

As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you’ll own execution across social media, email, and automation campaigns. You’ll design content that aligns with our brand, deploy it strategically, and measure results that tie directly to sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Execution

- Plan, schedule, and publish digital campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email.

- Repurpose and distribute content to nurture leads at each stage of the funnel.

- Build and manage automation flows in GoHighLevel to increase lead capture and conversion.

- Support creation of sales collateral—one-pagers, program visuals, testimonial assets—to enable client acquisition.

- Content Development (Design as a Skill)

- Design on-brand graphics, short-form videos, carousels, and promotional materials.

- Use tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Figma, ChatGPT) to produce marketing assets efficiently.

- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across campaigns.

Analytics & Growth

- Track KPIs weekly (engagement, click-through, lead volume, conversion rates).

- Test subject lines, creative, and CTAs to improve performance.

- Provide actionable insights to leadership on campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

Must-Haves

- Availability in Eastern Time.

- Reliable internet with backup plan.

- Sales-oriented mindset with ability to connect design and social activity to revenue outcomes.

- Proficiency in: Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, CapCut, Figma, ChatGPT, GoHighLevel.

Preferred

- Prior experience in sales funnels, B2C marketing, or professional services marketing.

- Basic copywriting for sales messaging, captions, and emails.

- Familiarity with KPIs such as cost-per-lead, engagement rate, and landing page conversion.

What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days)

- Consistent posting schedule tied to launch timelines.

- Email/automation campaigns live and driving measurable leads.

- Weekly reporting on KPIs with recommendations to improve results.

- Branded creative templates ready for scalable campaign deployment.
