Seeking an experienced closer to join our real estate acquisitions team. Must have proven track record of successfully closing real estate deals using creative financing strategies (seller financing, subject-to, lease options, private money, etc.).
Requirements:

Demonstrated experience closing real estate transactions
Deep knowledge of creative financing structures and strategies
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to navigate complex deals from contract to close

Ideal Candidate:

Has personally closed multiple cash or creative financing deals
Understands investor acquisition strategies
Can work independently and manage deal pipeline
Results-driven with attention to detail
