Key Responsibilities
>Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and in-house channels with a focus on achieving weekly sales targets.
>Leverage GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM for campaign automation, lead nurturing, and customer engagement tracking.
>Research local market data and highway traffic demographics to identify opportunities and optimize promotions.
>Work closely with management to prepare weekly reports that summarize campaign results, sales performance, and next steps.
>Participate in weekly meetings with ownership to present findings, outline requests for resources, and recommend data-backed strategies.
>Translate directives into actionable plans — for example, if asked to increase sales by $4,200 per week, determine what’s selling well, what could sell better with marketing support, and propose campaigns to close the gap.
>Collaborate with the property management team to ensure marketing aligns with available inventory and operational capacity.
>Maintain and update a promotions calendar to maximize customer engagement and budget efficiency.
