We are a U.S. federal contracting business looking for a full-time Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator to support our CEO.
Responsibilities:
Organize solicitations and deadlines in Google Drive/Sheets
Request and follow up on subcontractor/vendor quotes
Prepare draft pricing tables and fill proposal templates
Schedule site visits, Zoom calls, and internal meetings
Manage CEO calendar and send reminders
Draft simple, professional
Send a short daily status report
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills
Very organized and detail-oriented
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) proficiency
Comfortable using Zoom and online scheduling tools
Proactive and independent
