What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch & optimize Meta ad campaigns
- Manage Ads Manager with smart targeting & budget use
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy & placements
- Track results, analyze data & recommend improvements


What We Need
- 2+ years Meta ads experience
- Strong skills in Ads Manager, retargeting & audiences
- Proven success in e-commerce/retail lead generation
- Data-driven & highly organized


Nice to Have
- Experience with Pinterest, TikTok & Google ads
- Pixel setup & conversion tracking expertise
