About Us

We are a Zoho Implementation and Business Systems Consulting company helping home service providers streamline their operations, marketing, and sales through smart systems and automation. To scale our reach, we’re hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to take ownership of outbound campaigns, manage prospecting sequences, and drive new client opportunities through Apollo and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

Build and manage ---------- sequences targeting decision-makers in home services (HVAC, roofing, solar, cleaning, etc.)

Research, segment, and enrich prospect lists to ensure high-quality targeting and deliverability

Craft compelling outbound copy that resonates with business owners and executives

Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, sequencing strategy, and CTA improvements

Monitor deliverability, manage domain warmup, and maintain strong sender reputation

Track and report on campaign performance (open, reply, meeting-booked rates)

Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including connection requests, message sequencing, and nurturing follow-ups

Align with the founder/consulting team to ensure messaging fits our positioning as a systems/automation partner

Stay on top of compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and email outreach best practices

Requirements

2+ years of experience running outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns

Hands-on experience with ---------- (list building, sequencing, reporting)

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent outreach tools

Strong writing skills and ability to tailor messaging for business owners

Proven ability to generate booked meetings from outbound campaigns

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Nice to Have

Experience with Zoho CRM or Zoho Campaigns

Knowledge of home services industries (HVAC, solar, roofing, etc.)

Familiarity with cold outreach compliance and technical setup (SPF, DKIM, domain warmup tools)
