About the role:
I’m looking for a Zoho or Salesforce CRM Certified Administrator to own day-to-day CRM operations, build and maintain automations, keep data clean and reliable, and support Sales, Operations, Service, HR, Finance, and my Growth Flywheel reporting. You should be comfortable gathering requirements, translating them into Zoho/Salesforce configurations, and documenting everything clearly.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer Zoho CRM and core Zoho One apps: fields, modules, page layouts, validation rules, assignment rules, blueprints, and workflows
- Build automations and integrations using native tools, Zoho Flow, and (as needed) Zapier or Make
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for pipeline, activities, SLAs, and leadership KPIs
- Manage roles, profiles, permissions, and data security across teams
- Own data quality: imports, deduplication, enrichment, and periodic audits
- Support go-lives, UAT, user training, and SOP documentation
- Triage and resolve user tickets with clear communication and fast turnaround
Must-have qualifications:
- Current Zoho CRM Certification (attach certificate or credential URL)
- 2+ years hands-on Zoho CRM admin experience inside Zoho One environments
- Proven workflow and blueprint automation work (be ready to show examples)
- Strong reporting and dashboard skills
- Excellent English communication and documentation
Nice to have:
- Experience with Zoho Desk, Books/Finance, Projects, Analytics, Creator
- Integrations via Zoho Flow and APIs; basic deluge a plus
- QA mindset and comfort with test plans and UAT
