Dispatcher / Customer Service Specialist

CRONUS SERVICE is seeking a Dispatcher / Customer Service Specialist to support our growing team. Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming client calls and messages.
- Coordinating field technicians and managing daily schedules.
- Maintaining records of work orders and customer requests.
- Providing customer support: answering questions, processing requests, clarifying job details.
- Working within CRM and scheduling systems.


Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
Previous experience in customer service or dispatching is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be available to work according to PST (Pacific Standard Time).
