Responsibilities:
Call, text, and
Consistently follow up to maximize conversion opportunities.
Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram,
Create and post daily content (posts, reels, stories, ads, and videos) that drive engagement and attract buyers/sellers.
Engage with other accounts in the area by liking, commenting, following, and sharing to increase visibility.
Run and manage Instagram/Facebook ads, track performance, and adjust for best results.
Promote website traffic through posts, calls-to-action, and link shares.
Actively seek new ways to grow social media presence and improve reach.
Use CRM tools to track leads, conversations, and appointments.
Assist with real estate prospecting (experience with RedX a plus).
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media content creation (especially reels and ads).
Strong understanding of daily posting, engagement, and account growth strategies.
Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or real estate highly preferred.
Excellent phone communication and rapport-building skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through.
Comfortable using CRM systems and managing prospect data.
We will be running adds on
English required; Spanish a plus.

BONOUS COMPENSATION
- 250$ bonus for every signed contract that leads to a closing
-1000$ bonus for if you can get 3 signed contracts in month that lead to closing
-1500$ Annual bonus for 24 closed deals within a year
Periodic pay raises based on performance
