Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant with strong experience in QuickBooks and reporting. The ideal candidate will have more than basic bookkeeping skills, be comfortable analyzing financial data, and support the client’s leadership team with clear, data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

Core Responsibilities

Reconcile books and code transactions accurately and on time

Run standard and custom reports within QuickBooks

Analyze expenses by project or account and highlight key trends

Identify and resolve inconsistencies proactively

Communicate findings clearly and collaborate with the client to ensure financial data accuracy

Required Qualifications / Skills

Proven experience with QuickBooks Online (reconciliation, reporting, and coding transactions)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management

Ability to run and customize reports, and provide financial analysis

Proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic

Clear communicator with strong written and verbal English skills

Preferred / Bonus Skills

Experience in the real estate industry

Familiarity with project-based expense tracking

Work Hours

Part-time, Monday to Friday

10 AM – 2 PM CST, with required overlap of 9 AM – 11 AM CST
