Team Leader / Relationship Manager

I am putting together a team to run the operational side of my start up. I have a few key players in place but require 2 roles / skill sets to complete the team.

I require a team manager, a leader that understand how to create an atmosphere of enthusiasm, can help up skill individuals and someone that believes in the 'subservient leader' role. They would need to understand how to translate strategic decision making into operational targets and create and track KPI's as well.

I am also seeking a reliable individual who is capable of relationship management. I require outbound calling to owners and managers to attempt to create a strategic partnership so long term, regular engagement would be required.

Someone who would be capable of both would be the ideal scenario.

Requires an advanced + level of spoken and written English
A background in Property (preferably UK), Financial Services, possibly sales & marketing would be beneficial
