The Home Health Scheduler supports the daily administrative tasks of our home health clinical operations team. Experience with systems like WellSky and CareStitch are preferred but not required.
The scope of the work includes the following:
*Schedule and appropriately document patient schedules in a timely manner.
*Participate in coordinating care with management and patient interdisciplinary teams.
*Effectively communicate necessary information to applicable individuals.
*Respond to agency and staff needs in a professional and creative manner.
*Understand the software system utilized within the scheduling process and maximizes usefulness.
*Excellent understanding of the scheduling process.
*Utilizes proper etiquette.
*Familiar with, follows, and implements agency’s policies and procedures as it relates to areas of personal conduct.
*Timely completes annual in-service requirements.
*Accepts constructive feedback and makes necessary adjustments.
*Has an excellent understanding of the scheduling process receptive to change and helps implement change cooperatively.
*Controls emotions in difficult or stressful situations.
*Identifies and initiates resolutions of conflict with self and others using appropriate communication channels.
*Limits personal phone conversations, texting, and internet access while at work and does not allow them to impede work output.
*Engages with fellow employees, but not to a degree that impacts getting the job completed and or the productivity of fellow employees.
*Tactful, courteous, and diplomatic in communication.
*Demonstrates ability to build relationships with the clinical tea
*Has no complaints.
*Takes regular opportunities to go “out of the way” to assist employees.
*Attendance records reveal no pattern of absences from month to month.
*Has no unexcused absences.
*Arrives at the designated time with few exceptions.
Educational Requirements:
No Clinical License Required
Fluent in English verbally and in written word
Experience utilizing WellSky and CareStitch preferred
Hours:
40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday. All 8 hours per day must overlap between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., US Central Standard Time.

You must supply your own computer with camera.
