Position Overview

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate the execution of all of our online training course launches and module deliveries.
This position is essential to maintaining ---------- ntum, communication, and structure across the team, while ensuring that all components of each module: emails, sessions, landing pages, and mentor schedules—are delivered on time and with excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Accountable Outcomes

Course Launch & Module Management
- Schedule and lead launch meetings
- Set course dates and coordinate details (early action bonuses, timelines, class schedule, faculties, etc.)
- Create launch meeting agendas and lead tea ---------- etings to plan and distribute resources.
- Oversee progress and deadlines on registration pages and sales pages creation
- Coordinate masterclasses, live sessions, and Q&As

Team Coordination & Project Tracking
- Establish and maintain project plans and timelines, including developing and tracking project milestones and deliverables
- Manage project resources, including personnel, systems, and documents available
- Lead and coordinate teams and personnel to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Monitor and report on project progress, anticipating and resolving issues as they arise
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within standard
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to improve project and personnel performance
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Create and update SOPs as needed for your tasks
- Track project progress on Asana

Delivery and Quality Control for Course Completion
- Host Live Zoom sessions on time and with technical proficiency
- Upload content to Kajabi
- Ensure timely email communication with students
- Ensure transcripts are created for each live session
- Provide all the resources needed for mentors to deliver the training
- Confirm that testimonials are collected and organized
- Monitor and support testimonial tracking

Meetings & Communication
- Lead team huddles and weekly role meetings
- Respond promptly to emails and Chat messages
- Oversee students' email inbox and respond to their inquiries

Qualifications & Skills Needed
- 3+ years of experience in project management or lead roles
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Leadership skills with the ability to coordinate across teams
- Proficiency with Asana, GHL and Kajabi (no negotiable)
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Detail-oriented and resourceful, with a self-starter mindset
- Reliable internet, computer, webcam, and mic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Full-time availability in Pacific Time
- Someone outgoing with the ability to communicate in meetings
- Desire experience in the online training industry.
