Tech Support Squad is a UK-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting small and medium-sized businesses across the UK. We are looking for a highly experienced, fully remote Third Line IT Engineer based in the Philippines to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do
Act as the escalation point for our 1st/2nd line team, resolving complex technical issues.
Manage, troubleshoot, and optimise Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Windows Server environments.
Deliver projects such as Microsoft 365 migrations, Azure deployments, and security rollouts.
Document solutions and processes, and help mentor junior engineers.

What We’re Looking For
Location: Based in the Philippines with the ability to work UK business hours.
Proven MSP Experience: You’ve worked for an IT Managed Service Provider and know how to juggle multiple clients and tickets.
Microsoft Certified: At least one certification in Microsoft 365 (MS-900, MS-102, etc.) AND one in Azure (AZ-900, AZ-104, etc.).
Technical Skills: Microsoft 365 admin (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune), Azure AD, Windows Server, Hyper-V/VMware, and networking fundamentals.
Communication: Clear, fluent English speaking voice is a must — you’ll be talking to UK clients daily.
Self-Sufficient: Must provide your own reliable IT hardware and have a fast, stable internet connection.
Bonus: Google Workspace migration and support experience.
