Hiring Supervisor/ Team Lead (Sales Department)
Pines is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and results-driven Team Lead to guide and support one of our outreach teams!

???? Position: Entry-Level Team Lead
???? Compensation:
Base Pay: $5/hour
Total Earnings with Commission: $8–$15+/hour (based on performance)

???? Role Overview:
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities and performance
of your assigned outreach team. Your primary focus will be on ensuring targets are met,
motivating your team, and providing basic support to help improve their performance. You'll
serve as the go-to point of contact for your team and work closely with management to
ensure accountability and growth.

???? Key Responsibilities:
Monitor team performance and report daily KPIs
Ensure team members meet daily and weekly call & consultation targets
Provide guidance, motivation, and accountability to agents
Support new hires with basic training and check-ins
Flag performance or attendance issues early
Maintain clear communication with leadership

???? Requirements:
Prior Team Lead or Supervisor experience
Prior sales or outreach experience preferred
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Ability to motivate and support a remote team
Must have reliable internet and availability during scheduled hours
Strong sense of responsibility, consistency, and drive
