Project Manager (Marketing Agency)

We are a fast-growing marketing agency seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind keeping projects on track, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, and maintaining smooth communication across clients, executives, and freelancers.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate directly with agency executives to initiate and plan new projects.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Serve as the central point of communication for freelancers and vendors, ensuring expectations are clear and deliverables are aligned.
Review project deliverables to ensure they meet internal quality standards and client expectations.
Proactively identify potential risks, roadblocks, or scope changes and escalate them appropriately.
Utilize project/task management tools (such as Asana) to track progress, assign tasks, and report on project status.

Must-Haves:

Availability in the 9 AM - 5 PM PST Time Zone
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills – you’ll be in constant contact with both clients and internal teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or ---------- .
Proven track record of managing projects in a marketing, creative, or digital agency environment.
High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to keep teams accountable.

Nice-to-Haves:

Prior experience in a marketing or advertising agency setting.
Understanding of creative workflows (design, copy, paid ads, social, etc.).
Familiarity with reporting, KPIs, and client-facing deliverables.
