Website + Automation Specialist

We are a U.S.-based data recovery company ( ---------- ) looking for a skilled freelancer to make our website + customer workflow seamless and professional. Our site is built on Carrd/Squarespace with integrations to Stripe, PayPal, Shippo, and automated forms.

We need someone who can:
• Audit the full customer journey (landing ? form ? payment ? shipping ? confirmation emails).
• Fix bottlenecks, glitches, or confusing steps.
• Improve SEO visibility (Google indexing, on-page fixes, meta tags).
• Ensure automations (Shippo, Stripe, PayPal, email confirmations) work flawlessly.
• Suggest improvements for smooth, professional, trust-building UX.

Requirements:
• Experience with Carrd, Squarespace, or WordPress.
• Strong knowledge of Zapier/automation tools.
• Understanding of SEO basics (Google indexing, GMB setup).
• Prior experience making websites conversion-ready.
• Reliable communication & ability to work with deadlines.

Nice to Have:
• Graphic design for minor site polish.
• Knowledge of e-commerce checkout flows.
