We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to join our leadership team and oversee the financial health, strategy, and compliance of our company’s global operations.

Role Overview
As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for building and leading the finance function in the company, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in all financial matters. You’ll oversee accounting, compliance, payroll, forecasting, and financial reporting while supporting our executive team in key decision-making.

You will also play a critical role in scaling operations, managing cash flow, optimizing expenses, and ensuring profitability as we continue our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations for LeadOrigin, including accounting, payroll, tax, and compliance in PH.
Consolidate and report financial performance across global operations (U.S. & PH).
Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support leadership in strategic planning.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with accuracy and timeliness.
Monitor company cash flow, working capital, and ensure liquidity.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
Establish and maintain internal controls, policies, and financial procedures.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and government agencies.
Lead and mentor a small finance/accounting team in the Philippines.
Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on financial strategy, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
7+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in managing financial operations for international companies.
Skilled in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Experience with accounting software and financial reporting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
