Customer Service / Order Processing - Online Pharmacy

An experienced Virtual Customer Service representative with medical experience is wanted for an order processing and customer service position working with an established and rapidly expanding Canadian Internet Pharmacy.
Work from home, full-time, 40 hours per week.
You must have excellent English communication skills, a quiet home office environment with a good quality PC, headset, and high-speed internet.
The salary is from US $4 - $6 per hour based on qualifications and experience.

You must have experience working from home or in a call center in the medical field. Being a Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, or Nurse is a definite asset.

Your qualities include a High Level of:
English spoken and written
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Speed, Accuracy, Organization & Attention to Detail

Your duties include processing online orders, verifying prescriptions, responding to customer inquiries over the phone, and emailing clients.

As a prerequisite, you must take the English test on onlinejobs.ph and have a minimum C1 rating. No lower ratings will be accepted. Having a C2 rating and taking other tests will benefit your candidacy.

You must be able to work during the daytime in the USA (Night shift in PH).
