Marketing & Sales Virtual Assistant (Corporate LinkedIn Page Management)
Hi, my name is Anna Bilan, and I am the Founder of BrightWork AI, an AI & Automation Agency that helps small businesses streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase revenue. Alongside this, I also run a fast-growing LinkedIn Marketing Agency where we manage professional LinkedIn pages for corporate clients.
We are expanding quickly, and I’m looking for a Marketing & Sales Virtual Assistant to help manage a client’s corporate LinkedIn page and support sales growth through content, communication, and engagement strategies.

The Role: Corporate LinkedIn Page Management
This role combines content creation, social media management, and sales support for LinkedIn. You will help manage a corporate client’s LinkedIn presence, ensuring their profile drives engagement, trust, and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design
Create engaging infographics, carousels, cheat sheets, and other LinkedIn assets.


Ensure content matches the client’s brand voice and goals.


Corporate LinkedIn Page Management
Schedule and post content to the corporate page.


Book calls and meetings for the client’s business.


Engage with followers, clients, and industry professionals.


Monitor and encourage conversations on posts to maximize visibility.


Sales Engagement & Lead Support
Write thoughtful comments and replies to engage target audiences.


Proactively interact with potential leads (liking, commenting, and sharing in the client’s voice).


Support business development by positioning the corporate brand as a trusted industry leader.



Skills & Requirements
Exceptional written communication skills (clear, professional, and persuasive).


Knowledge of LinkedIn as a sales and networking platform.


Strong attention to detail.


Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.


Willingness to grow professionally in both marketing and sales.



Pay & Growth Opportunities
Starting pay: $400+ per month (part-time, ~20 hours/week).
