German speaking Team Leader

People Management:

» Leading and developing a team of German Analysts; responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the team.
» Identifying and eliminating barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality.
» Carrying out managery responsibilities in conformity with client's policies and procedures; additional responsibilities include interviewing, training and motivating employees; planning, assigning and directing work; compensateing and disciplining employees; and effective conflict resolution.
» Communicating policies to associates and become the primary information source for staff; following-up to ensure compliance and consistency; taking corrective action as necessary and documenting the issue and actions taken. Project Management:
» Solving complex vendor invoicing issues and proactively heading off negative service trends.
» knowledge and correctly utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures.
» Development, analysis and improvement of new strategies and procedures. He/she will have the capability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.
» Developing and achieving performance goals and objectives in order to achieve vendor promise expectations
» Perform other projects and tasks as required Job Requirement:

» Excellent Writing/Reading/Listening/Talking Skills in English and German Language
» Prior practice of at least 2 years in similar BPO outfit or at least 1 year in a managery/supervisory position is a must
» practiced in Oracle Financials end users level
» practiced in Project Management
» Knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel or similar desktop applications.
» Advanced analytical skills and the capability to get into the details, while also seeing and knowledge the big picture.
» Demonstrated capability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
» capability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
» A work ethic located on a strong desire to exceed expectations.
» Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
