Short-Form Video Editor & Content Creator (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)

About Us:
The Sourcing Gals is a growing platform dedicated to educating and empowering product-based entrepreneurs. Through our podcast, courses, and community, we teach people how to confidently source and manufacture their products overseas. Our mission is to make product development accessible, profitable, and fun.

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented short-form video editor who can help us grow our presence on YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. This role is central to building community, educating our audience, and converting viewers into course customers.

Responsibilities:
Edit raw video footage from podcasts, trainings, and speaking engagements into short, engaging clips.
Add captions, graphics, b-roll, and trending sounds to increase watch time and shareability.
Ideate new content concepts based on trending formats, hooks, and industry-relevant themes.
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form pieces tailored for each platform.
Collaborate with us on weekly content calendars and batch editing schedules.
Stay updated on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube trends to ensure fresh, engaging output.
Ensure brand consistency across all videos (fonts, colors, tone).

Requirements:
Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
Experience creating short-form content specifically for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Understanding of social media algorithms and what makes content go viral.
Ability to write catchy captions and add subtitles that keep viewers engaged.
Creative eye for pacing, storytelling, and grabbing attention in the first 3 seconds.
Organized, reliable, and able to deliver content on schedule.

Nice-to-Haves:
Graphic design skills for thumbnails and cover images.
Experience working with coaches, educators, or course creators.
Interest in entrepreneurship, product development, or fashion/consumer goods.
