Superstar Digital Marketer

This is a 20 Hour a week (to start) job with an Australian company for a talented and dedicated digital marketer. Extra hours will be added as we start to get traction.

You will have excellent computer and English skills, excellent digital marketing skills and be super excited to demonstrate your expertise and extend your skills.

About us: we have two businesses (a holiday home rental business and an ecommerce company selling computer ram for Apple Macs). We have a team of 5 Filipinos working in the holiday rental business, and one in the Ram business and are looking for a new person to work across both businesses.

The time split will be:
2/3 holiday rental business
1/3 computer Ram business

We are looking for someone who can help us:

1) Optimise our organic rankings even further (both businesses are well established and have some really good rankings already). We already do weekly quality blog posting on our holiday rental website.
2) Implement good conversion tracking systems on both websites.
3) Analyse and recommend webmaster tools suggestions for improvements (we have a web dev you can liaise with)
4) Plan and implement an email marketing campaign for our holiday rental business. We have about 4000 email addresses to get started with.
5) Plan and implement a Facebook advertising campaign.
6) Research and recommend other digital marketing strategies to grow our business
7) Relationship Management - assist with responding to reviews (our holiday rental business gets a lot of them!), and with responding to negative feedback. (This is optional and will depend on the skills and expertise of the person we hire).
8) Analyse and interpret our Google Analytics, and provide monthly reports.

You will need to be:
- reliable - turn up on time or to let us know asap if you are sick or internet is down etc.
- experienced and competent - you must be an expert in at least 3 types of digital marketing strategies (we know there are 100 different strategies - we don’t expect you to be an expert in all of them!).
- able to write emails and feedback using perfect english
- self-directed so you can make decisions about the best use of your time, to deliver the best results for each business
- motivated to grow the businesses, to help us succeed and ultimately to deliver financial rewards to you and your family.
- love working from home with independence

You will be paid weekly. We have just set up a new process where we transfer funds to a bank account (BPI) and then pay staff directly from that account. So the money will land in your account within 24-48 hours of payment. I have another business which has a Filipino staff of about 6 - so thats why we have that system set up.
