Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team. The Sales Assistant will directly assist their assigned sales representative with day-to-day needs, including managing client communications and preparing proposals. This role is ideal for someone passionate about travel, highly organized, and eager to grow within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Support your Account Executive in daily operations, including responding to client inquiries and following up on leads.
Assist in preparing price quotes, proposals, and sales decks for prospective clients.
Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions, bookings, and pipeline status.
Monitor accounts receivable, send payment reminders, and follow up with clients to ensure the timely resolution of outstanding balances.
Coordinate with the Operations Department to confirm product availability and pricing.
Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining and organizing sales spreadsheets.
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
Manage client relationships to encourage retention for the following year(s).
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the travel industry is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Google Workspace
Experience with HubSpot CRM software, or similar CRM.
Passion for travel and willingness to learn about destinations and products.
