We’re looking for a coachable Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to help us qualify and book appointments from the leads we generate for our architect and design clients.

You’ll be calling, texting, and nurturing warm inbound leads using our proven scripts and systems. If you’re fluent in English, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love the idea of earning commission on top of your base, this could be your next big break.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:

Calling and texting inbound leads daily (for both our agency and our clients)

Following our proven qualification process to pre-screen prospects

Booking qualified leads into our clients’ calendars

Handling basic objections with confidence (training provided)

Updating lead status and notes inside GoHighLevel CRM

Hitting weekly KPIs for outreach, booked calls, and show rates

Learning our sales frameworks and improving with coaching

? Requirements:

Fluent in English (clear spoken and written communication)

Confident, energetic, and great with people on the phone

Extremely coachable — eager to learn and apply feedback fast

Consistent and self-motivated (you hit your numbers)

Comfortable using CRMs, calendars, and communication tools

Bonus: Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales

$1,120/month base salary (~$7/hour)

+ 5% commission on deals closed from your booked calls
