We’re looking for an experienced Content Writer & Social Media Manager to take charge of distributing and repurposing our content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
This is not an entry-level role—you must have a proven track record creating and publishing high-performing content for creators, personal brands, or businesses.

About the Role

I will be creating long-form YouTube content (weekly videos).
Your job is to transform each piece into a full content ecosystem by:
• Writing email newsletters that build audience connection and drive engagement.
• Crafting LinkedIn posts that spark conversation and position the brand as an authority.
• Creating Instagram & TikTok captions that are on-trend and optimized for growth.
• Writing YouTube titles and descriptions that drive clicks and retention.
• Scheduling and posting content consistently across all platforms.

This is an execution + strategy role—you’ll be expected to own the content calendar, maintain brand voice, and proactively recommend new angles or trends.

Responsibilities
• Repurpose long-form YouTube videos into multi-platform content.
• Write clear, punchy copy for email newsletters, captions, and headlines.
• Plan and maintain a weekly posting schedule across all channels.
• Collaborate with the video editor and myself to ensure messaging is consistent.
• Track key metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.

Requirements
• Proven experience in content writing AND social media management.
• A portfolio of relevant, specific examples (see application instructions).
• Deep understanding of platform best practices for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Ability to write in a conversational yet professional tone that captures attention.
• Strong organizational skills—able to handle multiple deadlines and platforms.
• Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, Figma, or similar) for creating simple visuals is a plus.
