Virtual Assistant – Insurance Inspection Forms (Data Entry)

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with insurance inspection data entry. After inspection photos are uploaded, there are two-three forms per case that need to be completed on our web-based platform. All necessary information is contained in the inspection photos — your role is to review the photos and fill in the required fields/check the boxes accordingly.

This work is repetitive, straightforward, and must be done accurately and efficiently.

Compensation

Paid per inspection, not hourly.

Each inspection requires completing 2-3 forms.

Pay: $1 per form ($2-3 per inspection).
Inspections take approximately 5-6 minutes to complete.

Steady workflow available for the right candidate.

Productivity incentive: the faster and more accurate you are, the more you earn.


Example:

6 inspections per hour = $18/hr

10 inspections per hour = $30/hr
