Recruiter for YouTube Channels (Full-Time, Remote)

Hey! We run multiple YouTube channels, and we’re growing fast. To keep up, we need someone who can bring in a steady stream of new talent for our team.

Pretty much we will tell you:
-> Hey, we need a new Video Editor for cooking videos!
And you will be like:
-> Sure, give me 3 days. I will find multiple perfect candidates for this role, and send them to you!

We’re looking for a Recruiter who already has experience in hiring and can take full ownership of the process: posting jobs, handling applicants, and making sure we always have good people ready to join.

This Job’s For You If:
-> You have real experience in recruitment (no beginners, only people who’ve done this before)
-> You’re organized and can manage job posts, emails, and candidate tracking without getting confused
-> You have good english and can write good texts (needed for you to write easy to read job posts, not boring texts)
-> You want a long-term position with steady pay and clear bonuses

You’ll Be Doing:
-> Writing and handling job posts
-> Talking to applicants and keeping track of the hiring funnel (via Email)
-> Preparing test tasks, instructions, and making them look polished
-> Preparing google forms interviews and track all of your applicants

Pay:
-> $2/hour base pay
-> $10 bonuses for every candidate you personally recruit who successfully joins the team (Daily EXTRA $$$)
-> Remote and an option for flexible hours (as long as daily results are met)
-> Weekly feedback and reviews so you know exactly how you’re doing
-> Long-term path to higher paying positions, such as a hiring lead (manager)

Note: Bonuses are a minimum of $10 per person. If you are processing hundreds of people per day, and manage to find just 1 good talent per day, that's up to $300 in bonuses per month. But now imagine if you manage to find two people per day? That's up to $600 In bonuses per month. And the math goes on...
